Orders registered on the website on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday cannot be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on the website on a public holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday will also be processed the following working day.
The customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered upon receipt from the customer.
The customer chooses one of the following delivery methods:

Delivery costs depend on the delivery area, the delivery method selected and the volume of the order. The delivery costs corresponding to the customer's choice of delivery are displayed on the website as part of the summary ordering process step of the products that the customer has selected in his basket.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
The customer can follow the progress of the delivery of his order on the Colissimo, Mondial Relay or DHL website depending on the delivery method chosen.
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days compared to the date agreed upon when ordering, and if this overrun is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed to the resolution of the sale. This action must be carried out within 60 working days, in accordance with legal provisions.
The resolution must take the form of sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to "Internet Customer Service". The letter must be accompanied by the order confirmation email.
If the customer receives the product after cancellation of the order, Center 51 will reimburse the amount of the purchase and the return costs, upon receipt of it by Center 51, complete and in its original condition as provided. in Article 8.
Center 51 ships all orders within 48 hours maximum (except weekends and holidays) and on condition that the product is in stock. This shipping time is to be added to the transport time.
